The Penrith RSL Golf Club was formed 61 years ago to encourage both ladies and gents to become members of a great social club. We play golf with a spirit of keen competition and friendship, with a strong emphasis on social interaction. It’s a great opportunity to meet people, make friends & play golf. It has a Bistro that serves meals every day and is a popular eating place for many residents as well as local members of the public from surrounding areas.

Apart from a full hot meal menu, the Bistro also serves pizzas, sandwiches and other snack type eats or simply coffee and cake. All meals and food can be bought as “takeaway” if required.

There is a bar serving drinks, a room of poker machines, a TAB, and a ladies and men’s hairdresser on site. There are also ATM machines available in the lobby.

The RSL is very family friendly and has a large lawned outdoor area with a childrens playground and an area for basic ball games. Parents can enjoy a meal or drinks on the outdoor patio while still keeping an eye on their children playing on the lawn area.

To access the RSL, residents simply stroll through a side gate and they are immediately in the RSL car park.

The RSL has a very active lawn bowls club which is enjoyed by many village residents as well as local members of the public from surrounding areas.
